In this workshop, heads of school are challenged to think about the process of leadership differently, to base their decision-making and actioning on a foundation of deeper understanding of the complex nature of their own particular context as well as being immersed into the IB ecosystem. Building on this understanding, leaders—together with the IB—will consider the ways in which their school community (all stakeholders) will place learning at the centre of their IB programme, through the thoughtful development of purpose, culture and environment, in alignment with the IB’s mission and philosophy. During the workshop, leaders will begin to develop their school’s IB action plan to meet the IB’s requirements for authorisation and a vision for ongoing implementation.
Once you have made your booking, you will receive an automatically generated BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and an invoice (or a receipted invoice if you have paid by credit card). Shortly after that, once we have processed your booking, you will receive an email from us with further information.
Once we have confirmed that the workshop will go ahead we will send you a confirmation email and an information pack which tells you everything that you need to know about joining your sessions. The links to join your sessions will be sent to you by email around 2 days before your sessions start.
