Masterclass Format

This VIRTUAL Masterclass will be delivered by IBICUS via ZOOM by a fully-trained leader. The timings are 09:00-13:30 UK time with a set-up / introductory meeting starting at 08:30 UK time.  Please note that IBICUS Masterclasses are not official IB PD workshops are any certificates issues do not count towards school authorisation and evaluation.

About the Masterclass

This Masterclass unpacks the IB position regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence (e.g. ChatGPT) in students’ assignments, especially the Extended Essay and the TOK Essay. With IB publications as key references (most importantly the IB Academic Integrity Policy) we will explore how we can support our students with AI literacy, including citing and referencing AI.

Please note that IBICUS Masterclasses are led by fully qualified leaders but are not official IB-approved workshops and certificates do not count towards school authorisation or evaluation.

About your booking

Once you have made your booking, you will receive an automatically generated BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and an invoice (or a receipted invoice if you have paid by credit card). Shortly after that, once we have processed your booking, you will receive an email from us with further information.
