Kawther Saa'd AlDin

Kawther is currently a member of the IBAEM Development and Recognition team helping schools in the region become IB candidate ones. She is also a member of the Jordanian's Ministry of Education board. Kawther's experience includes being an IB DP coordinator, an IGCSE (coordinator at the same school, and teacher of English at different schools in Amman, Jordan. She holds a doctorate in Administrator leadership, an MA degree in Blended Learning (IT in Education) and a BA in English Language and Literature.  Kawther’s affiliation with the International Baccalaureate transcends having been the Diploma Programme coordinator: she is an IB Diploma Programme consultant, workshop leader and lead educator. She has vast experience in teacher training and assessment, and she has facilitated  workshops in many countries, online, virtually, and face-to-face. Her dedication to the field of education and her exceptional teaching methods have earned her the European Council of International Schools (ECIS) Award for the Promotion of International Education and the Stanford University Teacher Tribute.   Kawther leads DP, IB education, continuum and IB leadership workshops.
